Process:

Mash 60 minutes @ 150° in 10 gallon mash/lauter tun

 

Notes:

after several 10-gallon batches which I made in partial mash, I finally found a 10 gallon beverage cooler at a price I liked.  This recipe becomes the first all-grain 10-gallon batch.  And, my dear wife bought me a cajun cooker for my birthday - no more brewing in the kitchen (she hopes). Now, if I only had a large enough fermenter...
