Welcome to David's Basement Brewery. Here I have gathered together a selection of my favorite beer recipes, developed over the past several years. I have many more recipes than you will find here - so if you are seeking something you don't see, ask me (beerguy@arachnyd.com) and I will email or post a copy of the recipe (if I have one) or point you to one online.

Experimental:

Nearly any beer I make is, in fact, experimental - but these are beers in which I am trying something very different than the norm.

Sage Ale flavored with culinary sage
Sweet Potato Ale a simple ale to assess the value of sweet potato in brewing
