This is a simple beer recipe suitable for first time brewers and anyone else who likes well-hopped pale ales.

Fermentable 1:
 1.5 kilograms Munton Light Unhopped malt extract (syrup)
Fermentable 2:
 3 pounds Munton Plain Extra Light spray-dried malt extract

 1 oz Chinook

 30 minutes

 1 oz Centennial

Process:
 Bring water to boil. Turn off heat and add malt extracts. Boil for one hour, making hop additions according to schedule above. At end of boil, add water to make 5 gallons. Cool and pitch yeast.
