Ingredients:
           
Malt 1:
7.5 lbs Telford's dark dry malt extract

Other 1:
1 lb Hershey's powdered cocoa

Hops 1:
2 oz Hallertauer
Alpha:
3.9%
Time:
30 minutes
Hops 2:
1 oz Hallertauer
Alpha:
3.9%
Time:
10 minutes
Hops 3:
1 oz Hallertauer
Alpha:
3.9%
Time:
0 minutes

Yeast:
2 pkts Red Star champagne yeast

Process:

Bring 2 gallons water to a boil - add malt extract and cocoa. Add hops according to schedule above, adding last hops at end of boil. Cool wort and add water to make 5 gallons. Pitch yeast

I was considerably disappointed by the low starting gravity on this beer - I will use more malt extract next time and I suggest you do the same if you want to try this one.
