| Process: |
Bring 2 gallons water to a boil - add malt extract and cocoa. Add hops according to schedule above, adding last hops at end of boil. Cool wort and add water to make 5 gallons. Pitch yeast
I was considerably disappointed by the low starting gravity on this beer - I will use more malt extract next time and I suggest you do the same if you want to try this one. |
