Yeast:
Edme "Active Dried Yeast" - 1 pkt (11.5g)

Process:
  • Bring 2.5 gallons water to boil
  • Turn off heat and add extracts, stirring until well-dissolved
  • Turn heat back on and return to boil
  • Add first hops and Irish Moss
  • After 60 minutes, Turn off heat and *add second hops
  • Cool wort
  • Pitch Yeast
